- You can only apply for a Return from your Disrupt account. Login to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order
- You can return an order by clicking Return on the Order History section on My Order Page.
- Your request will be approved by our team. Alternatively, you can write to us on email@example.com
- There are currently no provisions for refunds, for orders can be returned and one-time use coupon code or points will be generated for you of that exact amount.
- There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably India Post
- Returns for size exchange will be charged 90 Rs as per our reverse pickup policy and coupon code will be issued to you with the help of which you can order the correct size. Please note, the coupon code will be of the exact same amount for which you need an exchange.
- In case of defective or wrong product delivery our team will either create a new order for you or refund you the amount.
