• Returns -  A new product will be shipped out to you after we confirm the status of the returned product. If in any shipping is not possible, the product amount will be given to you as a coupon code for you to redeem on any product on disruptbrand.com
  • Cancellations - If the order is canceled before shipped, the refund will be done to your disrupt wallet and will reflect within 7-10 business days. There is no cancellation once the product is shipped
  • Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided qs reward points or a coupon code
  • Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or reward points/coupon code will be generated
  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable
